Organization

To implement the program, we created the Industry-Academia-Government Council on Promoting Diversity to gather expertise from a broad geographic area and communicate information both regionally and nationally. The Steering Committee is responsible for overseeing the program, and the four task forces listed below work with other departments at Hiroshima University to pursue each initiative. The Lead Organization and Collaborating Organizations participate in the task forces alongside local governmental entities and private-sector companies, which provide venues for sharing information about initiatives pursued by a diverse range of organizations, exchanging views, and otherwise coordinating action.
